Bedroom Reno

This bedroom was a complete rip out. We reframed the whole ceiling to include a tray ceiling, added 2 new windows and expanded the room by 2 feet. As for electrical we added all new highhats, put a rope light in the tray and replaced all the outlets and switches. It was finished with a brand new hardwood floor, gorgeous oversized moldings, crown molding and a custom closet organizer.

             Basement Conversion

We transformed this basement from nothing to beautiful living space. We've added a bedroom with an egress window, a living room, a walk-in in closet, 2 utility rooms and a laundry room. We have also installed vinyl flooring for a durable, long lasting finished basement.

               Bedroom Renovation

In this bedroom we changed the whole layout, moving and installing new windows, reframed the closet area, built a custom in-wall cabinet entertainment center, installed all new hardwood floors, and added a tray celing with gorgeous custom moldings

          Whole House Renovation

This is a whole house we remodeled, ripping everything out and starting from scratch. We did the foyer, kitchen, living room with new tray ceiling, 2 new bedrooms, sitting room with fireplace and all new floors throughout 

             Living room / Dining room                          Renovation

For this customer we had to reframe the ceiling, add a huge microlam to support the weight and give the house to open look everyone loves. While we were at it we added that beautiful tray ceiling with inlay rope light. We also installed all new hardwood on the mainfloor and tile in the kitchen. As always we changed all the insulation, sheetrock and moldings.

                Siding and Windows

For the renovation we replaced the siding windows and doors on the whole front of this house, we also added high-hats in the soffit above the door and down the walkway.

                    Open Concept

This renovation was in the same house as the tile floors after this just done at a later date. We opened up the wall making it into an island for the kitchen and added high-hats and pendant lighting.

                   New Tile Floors

Here we ripped up the old floors and installed all new tile, base moldings and transitions in the foyer hallway and kitchen.

        Backsplash and Fireplace Tile

On this one we tiled the backsplash in the kitchen and did slate tile on the fireplace completely transforming the two.
