Bathroom Renovations

As for the bones of this bathroom we completely changed the whole layout, rerunning all new plumbing and all new electrical circuits, even including heated floors. We also replaced the window and re-framed the ceiling to include a tray. The finish includes beautiful tile work, a custom built floating vanity and linen closet with a laundry shoot.

This may be our favorite bathroom to date, we doubled the size of the bathroom, added a custom tile shower pan with a bench, dual shower heads with rain shower, inlay tile box, his and hers vanity with a mirror and pendant light over each, custom baseboard cover and built in cabinet for sundries, a secluded toilet and beautiful half wall tile.

This outstanding bathroom has half-wall marble tile, drop in tub, 2 shower boxes, his and hers vanity, custom baseboard cover, and a beautiful herringbone tile floor

This bathroom has heated floors ,all new tile, inlay box for soaps, shampoos or decoration, custom glass doors, dual showerhead with rain shower and custom tile shower base with a bench

This bathroom renovation was a total overhaul, we expanded the bathroom 2 feet to make to make it actually functional. We also moved all the plumbing and electrical as well as reframed and replaced the window. As for the finish work theres beautiful white tile with a glass tile border and shower glass doors for a nice clean look.

This bathroom has a nice archway entering the shower area, inlay tile box, glass doors and wainscot all the way around

Here we ripped out everything and started fresh, we had to move all the plumbing and update the electrical to code. We finished this bathroom with contrasting white tile with black grout and the opposite for the floor as well as black trim on everything and shower glass doors.

For this renovation we fully gutted the bathroom, re-framed the back wall and ran all new plumbing and electrical including adding heated floors. This bathroom features his and hers granite benches with each their own showerhead and inlay box

In this renovation we fully gutted the bathroom, revamped all the plumbing and electrical, added a linen closet and finished it with a new tub, beautiful tile, glass doors and a new vanity.

This remodel was a full gut in a condo. We updated all the plumbing and electrical and added grab bars for safety. We added a recessed niche box in the shower, a custom baseboard cover and finished this bathroom beautifully. 

This bathroom was part of a whole house renovation so it was fully brought down to studs. We relocated all the plumbing and ran new electrical. A few key points are the beautiful tile inlay box and the custom linen shelves.

For this renovation we gutted the whole shower area and floor, replaced the tub and shower body, retiled the walls and floor, added lights and a new exhaust fan, replaced the vanity and mirror and repainted.

This was a standard remodel due to a leaky roof. It came out beautiful with metal trim and an inlay border. Unfortunately i did not get pictures of it painted.

For this customer we only renovated the shower area for handicap access with additional grab bars, shower pan so its easier to step in and amazing tile
